(ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers
ICSC was founded in1957, and today is known as the global trade association of the shopping center industry. With members in more than 80 countries and 20 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world, ICSC advances towards its many new goals. ICSC is on target with the development of the shopping center industry and also plan to establish each individual shopping center as a major development in the community.

The Geographic Information Systems is responsible for the development, maintenance, access, and distribution of geographic information and related services. This information includes roads, real estate parcels, topographic contours, buildings, water bodies, landmarks, and railroads. This division also includes project management and software development.

(SCDOT) South Carolina Department of Transportation
SCDOT uses innovative ways to serve citizens and promote safe and efficient transportation. SCDOT works from the highways to the classrooms. They are very involved in community service with Adopt-A-Highway to Youth research. They take great importance in keeping our South Carolina beautiful. This division also includes project management and software development.

City of Greenville
With a market area population of more than 1,000,000, Greenville is part of the 35th largest television market in the United States and ranks number one in retail sales in South Carolina. Greenville offers 30 semi-private and public golf courses. Also camping, hiking, or snow skiing in the Blue Ridge Mountains can be enjoyed in this area. Greenville also has a new 16,000-seat Bi-Lo center that offers a full schedule of sports, concerts, and special events. The area’s economic base includes a variety mix of growth industries such as automotive, plastics, transportation, and electronics.

(GADC)Greenville Area Development Corporation
Greenville offers a great combination of industry, work force and culture for business location or expansion. Greenville metro area ranked fifth out of America's 50 hottest cities in the nation for European business expansion and 11th out of America's 50 hottest cities in the nation for site selection. The GADC mission is to enhance the economic growth of Greenville by serving as the source of contact for economic development in this growing area.

Greenville County Chamber of Commerce
The Greenville Chamber has 2,200 members who pay annual dues to be a member. The Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting quality development of Greenville, South Carolina. A large percentage of its membership is small business owners who represent about 85% of the Chamber. The Chamber is independent of Local or State Government.

(GCPC) Greenville County Planning Commission
GCPC's purpose is to promote growth in Greenville by maintaining a planning program which minimizes land use conflicts, coordinates the provision of public services, and helps the quality of life for county residents. By updating their ordinance plans 149 times since 1971, they are keeping up with the trends and making plans easier to read and understand.

This is a public/private organization for the regional economic South Carolina development that is designed to market 10 countries of the upstate the northwestern corner of South Carolina, and Commerce-rich I-85 corridor.

(ULI) Urban Land Institute

ULI is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, ULI has more than 22,000 members worldwide that represent all of their land use and real estate development. ULI works in private enterprise and public services.
